The Inner Reflection Retreat is an intermediate-level programme that applies meditation techniques taught in the Inner Peace Retreat to help you achieve visible and sustainable progress in your spiritual development.
Over the course of 5 days, you’ll progress from observing your thoughts and mental habits, to getting intimately familiar with your mind: the source of your thinking, your mental triggers, and how they impact your perception and actions.
