Join us on Saturday, 30th September 2023 for a grand long life puja and auspicious offerings to Buddha Namgyalma for healing, longevity and purification.
Also known as Namgyal Tongchoe in Tibetan, this ritual includes 1,000 offerings of flowers, water, tormas (ritual cakes), candles and incense to remove obstacles to health and life.
You are encouraged to attend this puja in person and chant as many Namgyalma mantras as you can. At the end of the ritual, you will have the opportunity to partake of blessed long life pills and nectar.
The puja will be conducted by visiting Sangha from Shar Gaden, Serpom, Phelgyeling and Segyu monasteries, alongside high lamas and esteemed geshes.

Who is Namgyalma?
Namgyalma or Ushnisha Vijaya is one of the three Long-Life Deities, alongside Amitayus and White Tara. Her practice is excellent for healing, purifying negative karma, and removing obstacles to long life. It is believed that anyone who hears her mantra will never be reborn in the lower realms.
